Open up ESX 3.5 and click Import a virtual appliance

Click on 1)Import from the VMware Virtual Appliance Marketplace and then select 2)Next

Click on MindTouch Deki

Click Download Now

Click Next

Click the checkbox next to the Accept all license agreements and the click Next

Give your VM a name and a location if applicable and then click Next

Now click Finish and the Virtual Machine will be installed
