Activation
MindTouch Deki Product Key
The MindTouch Deki Product Key can be found by going into the Control Panel. Click on System Settings and then on Product Activation. Towards the bottom of the screen there is a Product Key. This is unique to every MindTouch Deki install.
MindTouch Deki Hosts
In order to validate the license, we need to have the hosts that will resolve to your MindTouch Deki install.

What do I do if I get locked out of my wiki?
If you have upgraded your wiki or installed a new one and didn't receive an email with a license, you can get a temporary trial license from the following site: http://trial.mindtouch.com
What if I don't receive the trial license in Email?
After you have installed the MindTouch Deki Enteprise Trial a temporary license will be sent to you via email. If you don't receive the trial license first check your SPAM and Junk folder to ensure it wasn't redirected there. If it isn't in your SPAM or Junk folder then you can generate another Trial License. If you still don't receive the license then Contact Us.
