VMware offers many options for testing and deploying Virtual Machines. For trial deployments of MindTouch Deki we recommend VMware Server as it allows MindTouch Deki to run as a service. If you are moving MindTouch Deki into full production and want a professional and optimized platform for hosting virtual machines on then VMware ESX would be a good solution.

If these steps don't make a difference then there may be some custom configuration on your network that either doesn't allow multiple MAC addresses or is in some way blocking it via a firewall. Also, if you are using the Deki Virtual Appliance, ensure that networking is enabled and not set to NAT.
If you don't activate an Enterprise License before your Trial expires then all users, except the Admin, will be locked out of editing/logging in. The Admin is allowed to Login in order to add an Enterprise License.
