All customers who have purchased MindTouch Deki Standard and Enterprise receive FREE Basic Support as part of the license purchase. The MindTouch Basic Support Plan includes the following:

  • Installation, Configuration support
  • Up to 30 days after purchase
  • Email only
  • Hours of coverage - 9AM to 5PM PST M-F.
  • Initial integration with Enterprise directories (LDAP/AD)
  • FREE with MindTouch Deki Standard or Enterprise
