    Benefits

    • Evolve stagnant files and email threads into a MindTouch-powered document management solution.
    • Efficiently share files and emails by providing a web-based wrapper with MindTouch Desktop Suite.
    • Find published pages, emails and files quickly with the built-in enterprise grade search in MindTouch.

Publish pages directly from Microsoft Word™. The Word Connector allows one-click publishing from Microsoft Word™. This removes the need to send mass e-mails with file attachments to coordinate work on your Word documents. Now it's easy to bridge Microsoft office with your document management solution. The Word Connector not only publishes the documents' contents directly to a MindTouch page, it also attaches the document to the page itself. Attached files maintain a version history, thus removing confusion of which file is most recent.

Drag & drop files or folders to create pages or page trees. The Desktop Connector, much like Windows Explorer™, allows you to navigate the hierarchy of MindTouch and manage files in a more efficient manner. With the Desktop Connector, you bridge Microsoft office and can drag and drop files from your desktop into MindTouch's document management solution, making the contents of these files searchable. You can also choose to drag and drop folders, which will maintain the hierarchy of your documents. Every version of the Word document is available through our built-in file version history, with the name of the editor and the time stamp in which it was edited.
