  2. just finished reading your whitepaper … just a little bit of constructive feedback … personally, i find myself less likely to trust an information source when they state that there are ‘cons’ to every other solution but the one they offer. in my world this is analogous to stating in a business plan that there is ‘no competition’ … something no VC likes to here and which does not garner trust … i would rather read a candid assessment of the drawbacks of your solution … in my mind that is related to the potential limitations of using a virtual appliance in terms of configuration for use in different work environments … for example, i tried to use the VM player / DekiWiki within windows os operating under parallels on an Intel Mac and I could not get your solution to work … not exactly a 15 minute install … granted, this is not your typical installation scenario … but the experience doesn’t leave me feeling that the cons to using a software appliance are ‘none’

  3. Deki is only supported on Windows and Linux; however, there is a Mac version that VMware is releasing very soon.
