We’re constantly striving to simplify the barriers to entry for DekiWiki - that includes cool videos, incredibly detailed release notes for Hayes, never-ending work on skinning simplification … I mean, just check out all the recent activity on our community wiki! Not everything is related directly to our product, though: today, Damien launched our brand-spanking new OpenGarden homepage.

In the past, I know it’s been overwhelming when you first visit the site cause of the non-traditional design. Well, it’s MUCH simpler now and provides all the relevant links right there on the homepage!

We know how frustrating it can be when you *want* to be involved, but it’s hard to figure out how. We want to make sure that doesn’t happen. Community participation is really important to us (nothing is cooler than seeing user participation in our forums), so we’ll continue to be rolling out updates that’ll help foster the growth of the community. If you’ve got any more suggestions, please feel free to leave them in the comments below.
