The Hero in Me

Now that my secret identity as Open Source Hero is officially revealed, I’m getting the same questions over-and-over again. To save myself the tediousness of answering them every day, all day, I captured them into a blog post:

Q: How has life changed since Microsoft blew the whistle on your secret hero identity?
A: It’s a lot harder to just be a normal guy now. Each time I step out of my hero lair, I get mobbed by adoring fans and paparazzi. It makes my day-to-day life a lot trickier.

Q: What gives you your hero powers?
A: That’s simple: you either got it or you don’t! If you don’t, you’re normal. If you do, you’re a hero like me!

Q: How can everyday people become heroes like yourself?
A: If you don’t have it, you can’t. You simply drew the evolutionary short straw, but that’s OK. Just look around you, you’re not alone.

Q: Did becoming a hero go to your head?
A: Absolutely not! I am still the same humble, modest, unpretentious hero I’ve always been.

Q: How do you handle the many fans that are throwing themselves at you?
A: That’s determined on a case-by-case basis, but it’s mostly determined by your hot-or-not index. A valuable resource for heroes like myself!

But enough talking about myself. Now it’s time for you to tell me you think of me! :)

  2. Now that our super hero’s secret identity has been revealed, the dark forces will be trying to catch up with him. This would be the end of the world we all currently know, so may the forks be with you!!!

    Use the fork, Steve!

The world is ready for SuperSteve and MindTouchBoy! You will alway be my heroes!
