Greetings!

RobertM @ 3:34 pm

Greetings, salutations, all that jazz.

My name is Bob Mason, and I’m joining MindTouch as a cross between a senior platform engineer and a program manager. My previous gigs have included being a systems and network engineer, a systems administrator, IT manager, and even a public accounting auditor. I’ve also been the poor sap that had to be at Mervyn’s at 5am to fold and stock jeans and reorganize the women’s lingerie. It’s much less fun than it sounds.

When I’m not nerding it up at work I like to play guitar (about 20 years), go camping, cook, and brew beer… somehow when I re-read that line it makes me sound like I should be wearing flannel shirts. I’m also a Chargers and Steelers fan, and cheer for the Vancouver Canucks (by proxy, my wife’s Canadian!).

At any rate, I’m absolutely thrilled to be on the team to help make Deki Wiki the best product possible. I’ve used it in my previous jobs, and am excited have the opportunity to be part of the literal brain trust that makes MindTouch so great.

Cheers!

Bob

P.S.- I’ve got some exciting news regarding easy packaged-based installations next week, so look for another post from me then.
