MindTouch adds Support Portal for Customers

Today we launched a new Support Portal for our customers which includes MindTouch reviewed solutions, access to your case history, and the ability to log cases from the interface. At the same time we are in the process of updating our User Manual and improving other documentation in the constant effort to improve the user experience of our product.

If you are a customer of MindTouch Deki you will receive login information to the new Support Portal in email soon. If you do not receive a support login by August 26th, please contact support: support [at] mindtouch.com
