I am very proud to announce that MindTouch has recently added some new partners to its channel,  some I can talk about  and some I can’t, at least not yet.  But as to the ones I can discuss:

ScreenSteps (www.screensteps.com)  provides an integrated solution for creating, publishing, distributing and updating clear, concise information.  ScreenSteps makes it easy to create documentation, tutorials, lesson plans and other visual based documents.  MindTouch customers will receive one free seat of ScreenSteps with a purchase of MindTouch 2009; customers can also purchase additional seats through the MindTouch website.

CorraTech ( www.corratech.com) is a MindTouch Certified reseller in the Northeast United States, with offices in London and India.  CorraTech has an international presence and expertise in open source applications.   They are full service provider with a broad solution portfolio, including MindTouch, and an extensive service offering.

Kaltura (www.kaltura.com)   has been addressed in other blogs and forums, but I wanted to take a second to express my excitement at this addition.  Kaltura adds collaborative video capability to MindTouch.  MindTouch and Kaltura users will be able to easily create, edit, and share video.  In today’s media driven world, this opens organizations to all sorts of possibilities; anything from video documentation to a message from the CEO.

In this case it is absolutely true that the sum is greater than its parts.  By working together, MindTouch and its partners offer customers a richer experience than working individually.  This is collaboration at its best.  It allows each of us to use our core competencies on our own products and services, but by combining and sharing our technology, customers receive more functionality at a lower cost, and thereby greater return on investment.  It is important here that we are striving to not just offer software, but to offer full solutions through our strategic alliances, which means we all benefit.
