For the next month or so I’m going to be posting a series of video interviews with some of tech comm’s most expertised content strategists. These interviews are open conversations with experts from the content strategy, community and user assistance arenas who wanted to share their insights with MindTouch on where they see the industry going and how to stay on the bleeding-edge of technology and strategery.
This first video is with Rachel Lovinger, Associate Content Strategy Director at Razorfish, and Rahel Bailie, Content Strategist at Intentional Design. In the video below, the two discuss what content strategy means to them, the content life cycle, typical problems they’re solving with content strategy, how content can help solve business problems, how content strategists are using social media and much more. I’m sure you’ll find this interview interesting and takeaway some valuable insights from two of technical content’s most renowned strategists.
Be sure to check back on the blog in another day or two for our next video in our Intelligent Content Series. The next interview is with Derek Olson and it’s another one you don’t want to miss.
