Our friends at Zendesk, the best damn help desk ticketing product on the planet, shared a video on their blog of a Belgian comedy troop pranking Mobistar, one of Belium’s largest mobile companies. Allegedly Mobistar has a notoriously bad customer service.
Having experienced this kind of customer service myself far too often I found the prank…well, I guess thrilling is the right word.
