That’s why we’re pleased to announce our support for the 2011 Recognition for Excellence in Customer Support and Service (R.E.C.S.S.) awards. The winning companies will receive an award and the winning agent will receive an Xbox Kinect bundle. You can nominate as many times as you want for different companies, but you can only nominate for the same company/agent once per category.
