In March of this year (2011) Autodesk launched a new Help Center for their computer aided design (CAD) products. This was a new kind of Help Center, a Social Help Center that’s powered by MindTouch. They call it “WikiHelp”. It’s been a huge success for Autodesk. Here’s a video they produced about their use of MindTouch.
