    The MindTouch Alliance Program includes a broad offering of support options designed to help partners keep and grow their business in the post-sales environment.

    Support benefits are usually distributed to the headquarters location of your organization. The following table summarizes the support and service benefits by membership level.

    Telephone-based Pre-Sales Technical Support: MindTouch Certified Vendors and VAR’s are entitled to FREE and unlimited access to telephone-based pre-sales support staffed by a skilled team of MindTouch sales professionals.

    5-Pack of Professional Support Incidents: The 5-pack provides access to MindTouch support professionals by telephone. In non-business-critical situations, professional support incidents provide assistance in problem resolution for specific symptoms encountered while using MindTouch technologies.

    Business-Critical Phone Support: Provides support during critical “server down” customer situations. At no additional charge, this resource gives our partners direct access to technical support engineers who can help solve escalated technical issues with “business server down” situations affecting a customer’s MindTouch deployment.

    MindTouch Developer Forums: Provides assistance with break-fix situations that are not time-critical. These online forums are staffed by MindTouch open source experts and by MindTouch Support Professionals to answer questions on MindTouch technologies.
