Complimentary Support

As part of the MindTouch 2009 purchase all customers receive FREE Included Support, and access to the MindTouch Support Portal. The “Included Support Plan” consists of the following:

  • Installation, Configuration support
  • Basic system maintenance support
  • Email only
  • Hours of coverage: 6am EST to 5pm PST Monday – Friday
  • Initial integration with Enterprise directories (LDAP/AD)
