The two conversed about the importance of managers being intimately involved in tool and technology selection, the need for collaborative authoring environments, the value of tackling fear-based perceptions and setting proper expectations. Scott and Richard also discussed how the changing face of communication, social media, and mobile devices are impacting the documentation manager’s universe.
